SourceAmerica Grassroots Conference

The Grassroots Advocacy Conference is an annual, invite-only event that brings together employees with disabilities, their families, and employers from our network of nonprofit agencies. During the event, attendees will hear from policy experts, and each other, about the landscape on Capitol Hill that affects employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Afterward, nonprofit leaders and self-advocates attend congressional meetings to help shape those employment policies.
